Support Choices Clinic and Receive a Dollar-for-Dollar Tax Credit

Through HB 1685: The Mississippi Pregnancy Resource Act, individuals can receive a state tax credit for donations made to qualifying pregnancy centers like Choices Clinic of Laurel.

​

Your generosity helps empower women and families to choose life while also benefiting your bottom line.

How it works 

1. Apply Online

​Apply online at tap.dor.ms.gov; select QCO
→ Click “apply for charitable contribution credit”
→ Select QCO (Qualifying Charitable Organization)

2. Wait for Approval

The Mississippi Department of Revenue will send you approval. 

3. Make Your Donation

Upon receiving approval from dor, make contribution directly to Choices Clinic on/or before the date you specified on the application.

4. Receive Your Receipt 

Receipt of donation will be sent to you by Choices Clinic--please let us know you are taking advantage of this opportunity.

Tax credit details 

  • Can be up to $1200 (single) or $2400 (married) of your income tax liability or 50% of property tax liability.
