Support Choices Clinic and Receive a Dollar-for-Dollar Tax Credit

Through HB 1685: The Mississippi Pregnancy Resource Act, your business can receive a state tax credit for donations made to qualifying pregnancy centers like Choices Clinic of Laurel.

​

Your generosity helps empower women and families to choose life while also benefiting your bottom line.

How it works 

  1. Apply Online
    Visit tap.dor.ms.gov
    → Click “Apply for Charitable Contribution Credit”
    → Select PRCO (Pregnancy Resource Center Organization)

  2. Wait for Approval
    The Mississippi Department of Revenue will send approval to your business.

  3. Make Your Donation
    Once approved, make your donation directly to Choices Clinic of Laurel within 60 days.

  4. Receive Your Receipt
    Choices Clinic will send your donation receipt for your records and tax filing. Forward this as soon as you receive it to the DOR.

Tax credit details 

  • Credit of up to 50% of your Mississippi income tax or property tax liability

    • Property Tax must be paid by December 31st to receive credit for the current year. ​

  • Ask your CPA about eligibility for pass-through entities

  • Statewide cap: $10 million

  • Funds are still available!
